According to statistics, a picker needs to walk 20 kilometers throughout the entire warehouse in a day to complete the sorting operation. Liu Yanyu, the marketing manager of Jizhijia China, told reporters, The emergence of logistics robots has greatly relieved the workload of pickers.
At the exhibition center of Jizhijia, a robot resembling a disc is solidly placed on the exhibition table. It is understood that the "disc" robot has a load capacity of up to 1 ton and can lift the entire shelf. So, now the warehouse picker only needs to stand at a fixed detection position, and the "disc" robot will carry the shelves to the picker according to the selection instructions, so the picker no longer needs to walk continuously inside the warehouse. This is a transformation from "people searching for goods" to "goods to people", and it is also the most important logical change in the entire process of intelligent transformation and upgrading of the warehouse.
It is understood that Jizhijia, which has a full range of logistics robot product lines and solutions, has a market share of up to 10% in the global autonomous mobile robot market, and is continuously empowering domestic and foreign enterprises to achieve intelligent logistics upgrades.
