Today (September 19), at the "2023 Wusongkou Forum", the first domestically produced large cruise ship "Aida Modu" announced its commercial maiden voyage date, which will depart from Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Port on January 1, 2024. The maiden voyage tickets will be available from September 20.
The "Aida Modu" has a total length of 323.6 meters and a total tonnage of 135500 tons. It has 2125 luxurious guest rooms and suites, and can accommodate 5246 passengers with full capacity. On board, there are not only entertainment facilities such as restaurants, gyms, theaters, and water parks, but also performances such as "Marco Polo Silk Road Romance" and "Magic City" will be staged during the voyage. At the same time, the world's first 5G cruise ship is equipped with the most advanced wireless technology, allowing passengers to enjoy a comprehensive communication, multimedia, real-time interaction, and highly personalized service experience during their journey.
The "Aida Modu" announced on the forum the Northeast Asia route departing from Shanghai. In the future, it will also open up cruise routes from China to Southeast Asian countries, and timely launch medium to long routes such as the "Maritime Silk Road" to create a diverse combination of long, medium, and short travel and vacation options.
