On October 13th, Microsoft officially completed a $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard.
Previously, Microsoft had stated that after completing the acquisition, it would start adding Activision Blizzard games to GamePass next year.
According to foreign media, Activision Blizzard is currently developing many large-scale real-time service games, including Diablo IV, Watchman 2, World of Warcraft, and even the newly launched Warcraft mobile game. Ibara also stated that the Blizzard team is considering releasing an independent game without real-time service content.
In addition, Ibra also said that "there are millions of players in Chinese Mainland who love Blizzard games, and everyone at Blizzard wants to ensure that they can play our games. We are a global company, and I hope Blizzard games can be found in every country and region in the world, including Chinese Mainland. Therefore, when we make progress, we will evaluate this and see what will happen."
