On September 12, Irina Bokova, former Director-General of UNESCO, visited the Beijing International Science and Technology Organization Headquarters Cluster located in the Dong Lake International Center, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Bokova toured the office spaces of international science and technology organizations and engaged in discussions with more than ten organizations, including the International Organization for Interdisciplinary Sciences and the International Society for Digital Earth.
During her visit, Bokova learned about the office facilities, international exchange, and personnel movement within the cluster.
