East China University of Political Science and Law
East China University of Political Science and Law (formerly known as East China University of Political Science and Law) was one of the first batch of higher political and legal institutions established in New China. In June 1952, with the approval of the East China Military and Political Commission, the Law Department, Political Department, and Social Department of 9 universities including St. John's University, Fudan University, and Nanjing University merged to form the East China School of Political Science and Law.
