Recently, the main structure of the Beijing Daxing International Airport Life Service Facilities Phase II Project undertaken by China Construction First Engineering Bureau was fully capped, marking the completion of the phased goal of the project and officially entering the decoration construction phase.

It is reported that the project is located in Daxing District, Beijing, with a total construction area of 135000 square meters, including 5 single dormitories, 1 service facility center, underground garage, etc. After completion, it can provide living and accommodation conditions for more than 7000 airport employees, provide guarantee for the follow-up construction and development of Daxing Airport, further play the radiation role of Daxing Airport as a large international aviation hub, and promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

The project has a foundation pit area of 30000 square meters. To ensure the safety of foundation pit excavation, a large number of daily safety inspections are required. The deep and narrow areas of the foundation pit cannot be manually inspected. The project team uses a "machine dog" equipped with a 3D laser scanner to replace manual labor in the deep foundation pit for 3D laser scanning and safety inspections, with a daily inspection capacity of 140000 square meters. In blind spots that cannot be scanned by robots, AI glasses are used for intelligent recognition and information collection technology to ensure no dead corners or blind spots, improve scanning efficiency for deep foundation pits, and reduce construction safety hazards.

In order to better serve the capital Daxing Airport and provide living support, the project will construct more than 1800 dormitories with a large wall spraying area. The project team adopts an artificial+intelligent spraying robot spraying method to spray the wall surface. The robot scans and sets the working points and paths for spraying through scanning and mapping, and scans and sprays in sections to effectively improve the efficiency of spraying construction, promote energy conservation and consumption reduction, achieve digitization, intelligence, programming, modularization, and promote various construction projects in a safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly manner.

The elevation of electromechanical firefighting pipelines, bridges, Electrical conduit, etc. involved in the project are all different. In order to overcome the cross collision problem easily caused by manual installation, the project team uses MR hybrid reality glasses to arrange electromechanical BIM models in the electromechanical pipeline installation process in a 1:1 virtual manner, guide the on-site construction, reset and check the on-site electromechanical installation, ensure that the site is consistent with the model drawings, and accurately control the positioning of electromechanical pipelines.
