Qi Xiangdong, Vice Chairman of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of Qi'anxin Group, stated in his speech that Chongqing is an important strategic fulcrum for the Western Development and an important hub city for the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Qi'anxin will take the fields of network security and data security as entry points to help Chongqing build a benchmark city for digital economy, a smart city for security operation, and a city for innovation in network security talents, and to safeguard the construction of Chongqing's "smart manufacturing town" and "smart city".

At the meeting, Hu Jinguo, member of the Party Working Committee of Bishan District Service Industry Development Zone and director of the District Service Industry Development Promotion Center, said that in recent years, Bishan has vigorously developed the digital economy, and has focused on building it into the "4+1" industrial clusters and the four major industrial cultivation projects of "100 billion clusters, 10 billion chain owners, 100 million yuan above the scale, and 10000 innovation" in order to build a national digital economy innovation application highland. The conference held a centralized signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation of digital economy industry and industrial ecology in Bishan District, with 22 signed projects and a total investment of 10.072 billion yuan. At the same time, Bishan District has also signed ecological cooperation strategic agreements with 18 well-known enterprises, including Inspur Cloud, SuperMap Software, Western Wisdom, and Sinoscience Netway, to jointly build a more complete digital economy industrial ecology and create a more competitive network data security industrial cluster.

It was reported that the report thoroughly analyzed the security situation of Open-source software applications in the domestic software supply chain in the past year. Data analysis shows that by the end of 2022, each open source project in the mainstream Open-source software package ecosystem has an average of 12.6 versions, a trend of continuous growth compared with 11.8 and 10.2 reported in the previous two years. However, compared with the previous two years, the security situation of Open-source software itself has continued to decline, and the situation of introducing security risks due to the use of Open-source software in the software development of domestic enterprises has significantly increased.
