Recently, the takeaway boy climbed Mount Taishan Mountain to deliver keyboards, and the female rider delivered dinner late at night but was stolen a car. After attracting netizens' attention, it was confirmed by the police and the platform as a fake script. On October 12th, a reporter from Nandu discovered that searching for "takeaway rider clothing" on an e-commerce platform resulted in a large number of shops selling rider clothing. Many people inquired whether it could be used for shooting short videos. It is worth noting that the regulations released in July this year clearly state that information released by "self media" shall not be made out of nothing, and shall not be manipulated, edited, synthesized, or forged to affect the authenticity of information.
Refuse rumors and information.
On August 4th, a short video with the caption "Late Night Delivery Sister Goes downstairs to Find Her Car Stolen" attracted widespread attention. In the video, a woman dressed in takeaway clothing cried loudly while leaning against a power pole at night, and then jumped to her knees. The video caption said, "Late at night, the delivery sister went downstairs to deliver food and found that the car had been stolen. There is still food in the box that hasn't been delivered yet, and I hope those who stole the car can see it
On August 21st, the police in Huaihua, Hunan Province issued a notice stating that since April this year, three individuals have maliciously spread rumors and confused the public by posting multiple fake videos of self directed and self performed characters on multiple social media platforms to attract traffic. At present, three people have been administratively detained by the public security organs in accordance with the law on suspicion of fabricating and publishing false information to disrupt public order.
On September 8, a netizen sent a video saying that when he was going down the mountain in Mount Taishan, Shandong, he ran into a delivery clerk who was walking up the mountain to deliver goods. Netizens talked to the delivery staff and learned that the mountaintop tourist ordered a running errand with a computer keyboard, with a running fee of 500 yuan. The delivery staff chose to deliver the goods on foot to save on cable car fees. On September 9th, the keyboard dealer released a response video stating that this was a mountain climbing challenge planned by the company. The man was not a delivery boy and the activity stipulated that his true identity should not be revealed on the mountain climbing route.
The blogger pretended to be a delivery rider and fabricated "exotic" orders.
In addition, on social media platforms, there are bloggers who impersonate delivery riders to create "exotic" orders that attract attention. A blogger from Hubei has released over 40 videos documenting various delivery requests he encounters.
The video content, such as "The customer pretends to be a leader deceiving his wife in order to wash his feet with his brother," and "A middle school student orders takeout and asks him to impersonate a parent to call the teacher instead of attending the parent's meeting," was later banned by the platform due to the lack of authenticity of the video content.
On October 12th, a reporter from Nandu discovered that when searching for "takeaway rider clothing" on an e-commerce platform, a large number of stores selling rider clothing would pop up. Many netizens asked under the product, "Do you have a short video shoot, really?" Some users reported, "Yes, really, I shoot every day." However, the store customer service did not directly reply.
In fact, regulatory authorities have already established regulations to address the aforementioned chaos. In July of this year, the Central Cyberspace Administration issued a notice on strengthening the management of "self media", further clarifying that website platforms should require "self media" to be responsible for the authenticity of the information they publish and reprint. The information released by "self media" shall not be made out of nothing, taken out of context, distorted facts, or used in methods such as piecing together, editing, synthesizing, or forging to affect the authenticity of the information.
Self media "publish content containing fictional plots and deductive storylines, and website platforms should require them to prominently label them with fictional or deductive labels.
