At the SME Digital Summit, Wang Yuhong, a senior engineer of the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, delivered a keynote speech to promote the Lancang Mekong Cloud Computing Innovation Center, the "Smart Lancang Mekong" multilingual 3D GIS public service platform, and the "the Belt and Road+" public service platform, and said that he would continue to deepen opening and innovation by taking the Lancang Mekong demonstration pilot as the starting point, so that China's practical experience could be implemented in Malaysia.

It is reported that the Lancang Mekong Cloud Computing Innovation Center is a practical action to implement the "Lancang Mekong Digital Economy Cooperation Plan", one of the six major measures proposed by Wang Yi, a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs, during the 7th Lancang Mekong Cooperation Foreign Ministers' Meeting.
