Since May 17th, two passengers in Hangzhou, Zhejiang have had a dispute with ride hailing drivers, and their resolute refusal to get off the train has lasted for more than 30 hours, causing concern. On May 20th, the incident came to an end when the police reported that the passenger's father and daughter were "administratively detained for 7 days".

After the matter was resolved, Ms. Wang, the ride hailing driver, politely declined an interview with a reporter from Dahe Daily and Yu Video. In a video posted online, it stated that there is still a smell in the car. Unable to drive for 3 days, estimated operating losses in the past few days are around 1500 yuan.

This is the best proof, "Ms. Wang said after receiving the punishment decision. After days of investigation by the police, she was given a fair answer. The result of the handling she received was that she was irresponsible, and during the video shoot, she had a momentary emotional breakdown.

According to a previous media interview with Ms. Wang, a ride hailing driver, she received an order at 1:55 pm on May 17th. At that time, it was raining and the passenger's designated boarding location was the main road where they couldn't stop. She asked two passengers to come to the auxiliary road to board, but there was a barrier between the main road and the auxiliary road. "The intersection of the internal road was blocked and I couldn't get in. The female passenger saw that she couldn't reach the main road and started shouting loudly until she got on the bus. Ms. Wang said that she stopped the car after driving five to six hundred meters and cancelled the order after informing the passengers. Two passengers refused to get off the car.

On May 20th, the person in charge of the public relations department of the T3 ride hailing platform told Dahe Daily Yu Video reporters that passengers were positioned on internal roads in the park, and the ride hailing could not enter. Ms. Wang, the driver, negotiated with the passengers and found a compromise boarding location.

The following is the situation verified by the T3 travel platform:

At around 14:00 on May 17th, the driver, Mr. Wang, received this order and positioned the boarding point as the southeast side of Hangzhiyi Hotel (Future Science and Technology City Haichuangyuan Store). Due to the discrepancy between the passenger's actual position and the designated boarding point, after negotiation, the driver found a compromise position to receive the passenger.

During the driver's arrival and boarding process, passengers continued to have verbal disagreements with the driver. Considering travel safety, the driver proposed to end the trip early and refund the order fee.

But after the journey ended, the passengers refused to get off. Due to the passenger staying on the train for a long time, Master Wang called the police and drove the vehicle to the relevant police station. After the police intervened, the passenger stayed in Master Wang's car for more than 30 hours before getting off.

2. The normal operation of vehicles is related to the livelihood of ride hailing drivers. From 14:00 on the 17th to 22:00 on the 18th, Master Wang was unable to operate normally for nearly two days, and his income was severely affected. Regarding this, the platform has replied to the public on May 18th and is willing to provide legal assistance and other assistance to Mr. Wang in safeguarding his rights and recovering operational losses. The platform is also actively assisting drivers in handling complaints regarding credit point deductions caused by rapid settlement, and will properly assist Mr. Wang in resolving the credit point issue.

It is reported that after Ms. Wang, the driver, cancelled the order, the ride hailing platform determined that she had "rapid completion behavior", and she was deducted 20 points from her service score. Ms. Wang called this a very high penalty.

On the morning of May 20th, a reporter from Dahe Daily and Yu Video learned from the Xihu Branch of Hangzhou Public Security Bureau that the matter had been resolved.

At around 12:00 noon, Hangzhou Public Security issued a police report:

After investigation, on May 17, 2023 at around 14:00, Yu Jiajia (female, 25 years old) and Yu Jiang (male, 54 years old) refused to get off the bus due to a driver dispute with Wang, a ride hailing driver. Wang called the police.

The Cangqian Police Station of Yuhang Branch dispatched a police officer to mediate, but Yu Jia and Yu Jiang refused to get off the bus and demanded compensation. After mediation failed, Wang asked his friend to drive back to his residential area in Xihu District, leaving behind a street. However, Yu Jiajia and Yu Jiangduo were still in the car and refused to get off.

At around 8:00 on May 18th, Wang discovered that the two were still in the car and called the police again. The West Lake Branch left a police station to handle the situation. During this time, the two people still refused to listen to the police's persuasion and refused to get off the car, until around 22:00 when they were summoned by the police to stay at the police station.

At present, the West Lake Branch has imposed administrative detention penalties on Yu Moujia and Yu Moujiang in accordance with the law.

The reporter learned that the "Administrative Penalty Decision" shows that the document reads "The administrative penalty decision was delivered to the person on May 19, 2023, and I refuse to sign it".
