Luo Yonghao and Mi Ningkang resigned as directors, and Yu Dejie and Ye Jianyi were added as directors. At present, Minningkang is still a shareholder of the company, and Luo Yonghao has no position or shareholding in the company.
According to data, the company was established in August 2016, with the legal representative being Luo Zixiong and a registered capital of approximately 1.04 million RMB.
