TSMC is rapidly advancing the recruitment process for factories in Arizona, USA, but early employee evaluations and residential experiences may deter many people.

IT Home previously reported that TSMC has 65000 employees worldwide, and so far, the company has recruited nearly 2000 employees, including 600 engineers, for its Arizona factory.

TSMC stated that it plans to hire 4500 people for two Arizona wafer factories and will increase the number of jobs to 42000 by 2030.
