The report first outlines the development background of computing power and proposes two core features for future computing power development: universality and wisdom, namely "universal intelligence" computing power. The report believes that the future trend of computing power development will have two major characteristics: "the infrastructure of the digital economy" and "the core driving force of universal artificial intelligence".
