It is reported that 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 398 new severe cases and 45 deaths (including 1 death case of respiratory failure caused by COVID-19 infection and 44 death cases of basic diseases combined with COVID-19 infection).
