The Shenbai high-speed railway is an important component of the national medium to long term railway network and the Northeast Express Railway Channel, as well as the main passenger transportation channel in the eastern region of Northeast China. The Shenbai high-speed railway is an important component of the national medium to long term railway network and the Northeast Express Railway Channel, as well as the main passenger transportation channel in the eastern region of Northeast China. This high-speed railway line starts from Shenyang North railway station, passes through Shenyang, Fushun, Jilin Baishan, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, and ends at Changbaishan railway station. The main line is 430.1 kilometers long, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, and a total of 10 stations. The areas along the line include densely populated Human settlement, Dahuofang water source, Paektu Mountain and other nature reserves. In the overall planning of the Shenbai high-speed railway, the total length of bridges and tunnels is 326.1 kilometers, accounting for 76% of the total. The line not only undertakes passenger transportation functions, but also takes into account the requirements of ecological environment protection, which poses a severe test for construction.
The construction unit of Beijing Harbin High Speed Railway Company aims to create high-quality projects, overcoming unfavorable factors such as short effective construction period, heavy tasks, high latitude cold, and multiple restricted conditions. It organizes design, construction, supervision, and other units to carry out technical research, guides the project team to break down tasks, clarifies timelines, task books, and responsibilities, ensures new changes on a weekly basis, new progress on a monthly basis, and seizes time to accelerate work, Fully promote the speed and efficiency of project construction, lay a solid foundation for the project to start well, take a good step, and complete the annual task goals.
Relying on the experience of station building construction in Harbin West railway station, Changbaishan railway station and other cold areas, the project team reasonably planned the construction time, used the construction at the appropriate stage of daytime temperature, scientifically formulated a detailed construction organization plan, arranged technicians to carry out site survey in advance, and provided all builders with business training in quality control, environmental protection, mechanical safety, safe electricity use, etc. in advance. Through the combination of experience teaching and practice, Seamless integration between management at all levels and construction sites has been achieved.
Beigang Tunnel, located in Fusong County, Jilin Province, is the only Grade 6 surrounding rock section encountered in the whole line of Shen Bai high-speed railway. Although the scale is not large, the construction difficulty is unique. Surrounding rock refers to the surrounding rock mass affected by excavation, which is divided into 6 levels. The smaller the number, the better the properties of the surrounding rock, and reaches the worst level of 6 rock mass. The mountain samples taken from the 6th level surrounding rock section, with just a gentle tap, break into soil debris. During tunnel construction, one is afraid of softness and not afraid of hardness. These soft clay soils have very poor stability, and improper handling can easily lead to large-scale collapse. In order to complete the excavation and construction of the tunnel, the construction personnel chose to reinforce the upper, middle, and lower parts. They installed more than 500 pipes on the surface of the mountain, and poured over 8700 cubic meters of cement slurry into the soil layer through these pipes to solidify the loose soil; Install I-beams in the middle to support the arch and side walls, using 12 6-meter-long steel anchor pipes filled with cement to further increase the stability of the surrounding rock on both sides of the tunnel. This support structure consists of a group of 1824 steel pipes every 0.6 meters; At the bottom of the tunnel, they drove 1050 20 meter long steel pipe piles underground, which also played a stabilizing role.
The Cheung Tsing Tunnel with a total length of 11.3km is one of the control projects of the whole line of Shen Bai high-speed railway. The tunnel passes through 8 fault fracture zones, 20 high-risk areas, especially the geological area of highly enriched mineral water. The maximum daily water inflow of rock mass reaches 25398 cubic meters, which makes ecological protection and construction very difficult. Construction personnel use methods such as drilling centralized drainage holes, establishing seepage blind ditches, and installing environmentally friendly special material conduits to discharge the leaked mineral water into the central ditch, and then discharge it to the ground through the central ditch. While protecting the geological structure of the mineral water, construction is steadily progressing.
