On March 26th, the Service Partner Forum was grandly held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center during the 2025 Huawei China Digital Power Partner Conference. Themed "Carbon-Neutral Path for China, Shared Value Creation," the forum attracted hundreds of ecosystem partners, industry experts, and other attendees from the energy services sector. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics including the construction of high-quality service systems, quality and safety in the existing market, ecological synergy, and improved efficiency through digitalization, jointly exploring effective paths for high-quality and sustainable development in energy services.
Customer-centric Approach: "Partners + Huawei" Sharing New Opportunities for High-Quality Services
Zhou Jianjun, Huawei Digital Power's Vice President and Head of Human Resources, emphasized the importance of a customer-centric approach in his opening remarks. He noted that in 2024, Huawei and its partners successfully ensured the stable operation of millions of existing devices, not only earning high customer satisfaction but also promoting independent service sales by partners, leading to rapid organizational and capability improvements. Looking ahead to 2025, Zhou Jianjun acknowledged the coexistence of opportunities and challenges, emphasizing the enormous potential in photovoltaic, data center, charging network, and existing market segments. He encouraged partners to continue close collaboration with Huawei, focusing on solidifying foundations through quality and safety, driving growth through existing market cultivation, pursuing development through high-quality service system construction, and fostering a healthy partnership ecosystem to achieve the collective goal of leveraging collective wisdom, aggregating strength, and winning the future.
Seizing Four Major Opportunities: "Huawei + Partners" Leading the Transition to High-Quality Energy Services
With the deepening of China's "dual carbon" goals, the photovoltaic storage, data center, and charging network industries are booming, existing equipment continues to increase, and the trend of "technology + service driven" in the energy industry is becoming increasingly apparent. Wang Di, Head of Huawei China Digital Power's Technical Services and Operations Department, summarized the fruitful achievements of Huawei and its partners in 2024 in his keynote speech. He highlighted that photovoltaic storage remains a definite development opportunity, with grid-connected energy storage becoming increasingly important; the surge in AI innovation applications is driving a new wave of data center construction; the rising penetration rate of new energy vehicles and the emergence of the heavy-duty truck market are creating new opportunities for the charging network sector; and the year-on-year increase in existing equipment marks the arrival of the existing market dividend era. Facing these four opportunities, Huawei Digital Power continues to adopt a customer-centric approach, working with partners to win market competition through high-quality services. Wang Di emphasized that high quality and safety are strong guarantees of brand and competitiveness, and only by organically combining good products and good services can companies successfully navigate industry cycles. Huawei will continue to assist partners, aiming to help 100 partners achieve self-sufficiency in stable revenue within three years. In 2025, Huawei Digital Power will continue to adhere to its integrated strategy, working with partners to build a stronger service platform, jointly constructing a grid-based service network, and creating a high-quality service system.
Building a Solid Foundation: Winning with Quality, Building a Strong Power Safety Moat
Liang Chengke, a project management expert at Huawei China Digital Power's Delivery Management Department, pointed out in his presentation that safety is paramount in energy service. Digital energy products are characterized by high-voltage electricity, making safety paramount. The country is also continuously improving and perfecting relevant laws and regulations, providing a clear direction for standardized industry management. In 2024, Huawei Digital Power implemented ten key initiatives for high-voltage safety transformation, integrating high-voltage safety into end-to-end organization, processes, mechanisms, and toolchains. In 2025, Huawei will continue to solidify the partner-centric high-voltage safety system, continuously deepening the "four modernizations"capability professionalization, delivery standardization, proactive maintenance, and standardized emergency responseworking with partners and customers to build a high-voltage safety moat, making quality and safety a core competitiveness of digital power.
Activating Existing Resources to Promote Development: Five-Dimensional Empowerment of Partners to Build Competitiveness
Mao Wenmin, Head of Huawei China Digital Power's Professional Services Department, noted in his presentation that the emergence of new policies, new national standards, and new technologies will bring new demands to the energy industry, with high-quality services becoming a dominant trend. Huawei Digital Power, together with partners, will continue to create professional services and mutually beneficial business models around customer safety and reliability, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, and efficient operation and maintenance, increasing investment in service sales incentives and capability improvement to jointly create value for customers.
Feng Xiaoqiang, Huawei China Digital Power's Service Partner Development and Operations Service Partner Enablement Expert, introduced the "five-dimensional integrated" partner collaboration strategy. He emphasized Huawei's commitment to a partner-centric approach in building a high-quality service system, empowering partners across five dimensions: policy, tools, platform, organization, and enablement. This includes optimizing certification requirements and costs, incentivizing and driving the implementation of high-voltage safety and customer satisfaction improvements, continuously strengthening service platforms such as hotlines, spare parts, DOCs, and MOCs, deepening the development and iteration of digital tools, and establishing a new service partner management organization for better partner support. Through Huawei's strong service platform and grid-based partner distribution, Huawei will work closely with partners to jointly build a high-quality service system, create value for customers, support partner growth, achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, and drive continuous progress in the new energy service field.
Practical Sharing: "Huawei + Partners" Ecological Synergy Benchmark
Li Jiadong, General Manager of Jiangsu YanZhi System Engineering Co., Ltd., emphasized in his presentation that high-quality project delivery is the core of winning customer trust. YanZhi Company adheres to and follows Huawei Digital Power's standardized experience and requirements in project delivery, striving for excellence in every aspect, from material selection to construction processes. In addition, YanZhi dynamically optimizes its service strategy through regular customer satisfaction surveys and needs analysis.
Zhang Yi, Market Development Director of the Intelligent Transformation Business Unit at Jiangsu Linyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., shared his insights on seizing new opportunities in photovoltaic technology upgrades to improve quality and efficiency and reshape value. Linyang Company, leveraging its own capital, design, construction, and operation capabilities, continues to expand the intelligent transformation market for existing power plants in collaboration with Huawei. Addressing pain points such as safe production, efficient power generation, and intelligent operation of existing power plants, Linyang provides customers with one-stop intelligent upgrading solutions for power plants, supporting safe, stable, and efficient operation and maximizing the life-cycle benefits of power plants.
Liu Jianxin, Chairman of Shandong KePu Power System Co., Ltd., shared his company's "dual-wheel drive" strategy in the service field, emphasizing service as its core, cultivating local service capabilities, and strengthening depth in the data center field in collaboration with Huawei while expanding into areas such as charging networks. He concluded that "service is not just a strategy, but also a differentiated competitive advantage. We will continue to achieve resonance with Huawei in the service field and create a benchmark for integrated partnerships."
Opening a New Chapter in 2025: Digital Service Platform 3.0 Launch + Cooperative Agreements
The Digital Service Platform 3.0 was officially launched at the forum. Compared to version 2.0, Digital Service Platform 3.0 has added and iterated capabilities in efficiency improvement, quality assurance, and enabling partner revenue generation, gradually improving the digital combat system for digital energy services.
Huawei Digital Power and Inner Mongolia Wisdom Operation & Maintenance New Energy Co., Ltd. signed a major cooperation agreement, planning for comprehensive exchange and cooperation in the field of intelligent operation and maintenance of new energy in the future. Meng Shaoyun, President of Huawei China Digital Power Business, Wang Di, Head of Huawei China Digital Power's Technical Services and Operations Department, Jiang Ming, Head of Huawei Inner Mongolia Digital Power Business Department, Li Zhigang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Inner Mongolia Wisdom Operation & Maintenance New Energy Co., Ltd., Zhao Jianfei, Deputy Head of the Production Technology Department, and Wang Yuhua from the Marketing Department attended the exchange and witnessed the signing ceremony. He Yanlong, head of technical services and operations for Huawei Inner Mongolia Digital Energy, and Ding Jiawei, head of the marketing department at Inner Mongolia Wisdom Operation & Maintenance New Energy Co., Ltd., signed the agreement on stage.
