Recently, some netizens reported to Nandu that there is a large amount of child pornography content on a certain website, and it is suspected that domestic personnel are selling the website's pornography content for profit.

According to clues provided by netizens, a reporter from Nandu found through investigation that the website is called "* * Society", and there is indeed a problem of spreading and selling child pornography content, and the dissemination of pornography content is widespread. In addition, the recharge payment and collection services of the website are provided by two enterprises in Maoming and Foshan, Guangdong, and the operators of the enterprises are the same person. The relevant person in charge of the enterprise responded to the reporter that the website is not owned by it and only provides payment access services for the website.

There is a websiteSelling child pornography content with a wide range of dissemination

A reporter from Nandu found through investigation that the problematic website is called "* * Society". You can search for the website in the browser provided by Huawei's phone and log in to the website for free browsing. The "On site Dynamics" section on the website contains a large number of child pornography videos, images, and other article content. The titles often contain words such as "father daughter" and "young girl", and some of the titles are vulgar and straightforward. And the reading volume of multiple articles exceeded 10000.

Randomly click on an article, and the page shows that the relevant content is a paid resource. You need to pay a certain amount to unlock and view hidden files. The article also comes with a preview image involving child pornography at the end. According to the article page, the hidden file size is nearly 1GB, including 52 videos, and the article has over 15000 views. The investigation found that there was a large amount of video content in the file that forcibly molested suspected underage women.

In addition, all child pornography content in this column is published and updated by a user with the username "*". The user's homepage shows that he/she is the administrator of the "* * Society" website and has published 63 articles. Except for a few downloaded files and unzipped tutorial articles, the rest are suspected to be child pornography content. In addition, the website of "* * Society" has no detailed filing information, and the information of Domain name registrar has also been hidden.

There are companies providing payment access services

Upon browsing, it was found that the pornographic content on the "* * Society" website is all "paid resources" or "(website) member exclusive". The price of paid resources ranges from 5 to 60 yuan, and after spending 395 yuan to open a platform gold member, you can view all paid resources for free. However, registered users of the website cannot directly recharge on the website. They need to go to a third-party e-commerce platform to purchase a card number, and then use the purchased card number and card number to return to the website for redemption and recharge as account balance.

According to the investigation by the reporter in Nandu, the website provides two "card sending network" purchase channels, namely, sailfish card sending network and Yinyun Shopping Mall. When you go to the "card sending network" to purchase card secrets, you can also pay through Alipay, WeChat, QQ wallet and other forms. Nandu reporter tried to launch various forms of payment through the sailfish card sending network channel, and found that the payee of WeChat channel was an individual, while the payee of Alipay involved "Maonan District Fuya Network Information technology consulting Center" and "Baisen Luxury Department Store".

According to the information of the national enterprise credit information publicity system, "Maonan District Fuya Network Information technology consulting Center" is an individual business, established in 2021, located in Maoming, Guangdong Province, and is an enterprise mainly engaged in Internet and related services; "Baisen Luxury Department Store" is suspected to be "Baisen Luxury Department Store in Chancheng District, Foshan City". The operators of both companies are also named Gao * *.

So, are these two payees the profit-making parties of the "* * Society" pornographic website? What is the connection between "* * Society" and the so-called card issuing network?

Taking Qiyu Card Issuance Network as an example, it is reported that it is a SaaS mall where users can register as platform merchants for free and sell virtual products such as software registration codes, forum accounts, and card passwords on the platform. The reporter from Nandu registered an account for Sailfish Card Issuing Network as a merchant and found that users can set up the products they sell, payment information, and other content on the platform. The income from selling products can be directly withdrawn.

From this perspective, "Maonan District Fuya Network Information technology consulting Center" and "Baisen Luxury Department Store" may be related to the operator of the pornographic website "* * Society". Later, the reporter from Nandu contacted the person in charge of the "Maonan District Fuya Network Information technology consulting Center". The other party said that the "* * Society" website was not him, but the website docked his payment information, and he did not know what goods the website was selling. He claimed that this merchant (the "* * Society" website) will be banned later.

Subsequently, a reporter from Nandu discovered that the "* * Society" website's flagship card issuing network and Yinyun Mall, two card password purchase channels, were no longer available, and the page displayed "The store link has been closed, unable to purchase at the moment".

In addition, the reporter from Nandu further investigated and found that the enterprise "Fuya Network Information technology consulting Center in Maonan District" had registered seven websites for filing, and one of them, the platform called Convergence Easy Payment, also claimed that it could provide registered merchants with "commodity consignment service" and "currency fund transfer service". When users bought goods or services from merchants, they could complete transactions through the platform, The transaction funds will be recorded in the merchant account and can be withdrawn by the merchant to their personal account.
