China Railway stated that third-party platforms will retain user information during the process of purchasing tickets for passengers and friends, which not only poses traps such as surcharges, acceleration packages, bundled sales services, but also poses a risk of personal information leakage. Please make sure to purchase tickets through official railway channels, identify the railway 12306 website (including the client), and pay attention to protecting legal rights and personal information security.
In addition, based on passenger travel needs, the railway department has arranged to open more than 100 additional passenger trains for the National Day holiday. These trains will depart on September 28th, and tickets will be available for sale on September 18th. The main directions for adding trains are: Nanchang to Guangzhou, Wuhan to Guangzhou, Changsha to Nanchang, Nanchang to Shanghai, Xiamen to Shanghai, Shenzhen to Changsha, etc. According to the pre-sale and standby ticket data of train tickets, as well as the railway transportation capacity, the railway department will also add passenger trains in popular directions and hot periods in a timely manner.
China Railway also pointed out that in recent years, a differentiated floating pricing mechanism has been implemented for the ticket prices of high-speed trains, mainly based on market supply and demand relationships and passenger flow patterns. The highest price limit is the announced ticket price, and a multi-level, high and low ticket price floating strategy is implemented by time slot, seat class, and section. This year's National Day holiday, high-speed trains still implement differentiated fares. For example, the fare for high-speed trains between Beijing and Shanghai is as high as 667 yuan for second class seats and as low as 404 yuan. Passengers can choose according to their needs.
