On November 9th, Taoyuan Factory once again teamed up with vocational colleges to launch the "Spark Plan". The first batch entered Hangzhou, Zhejiang, and jointly incubated the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Base" with Zhejiang Yuying Vocational and Technical College, providing internships and entrepreneurship opportunities for students on campus, mainly targeting universities to cultivate business talents in vertical fields such as broadcasting.
It is understood that the core training of anchors will cover the entire process of anchor screening, incubation, training, signing contracts, and management. By using the method of campaigning in trial broadcasting practice, we ultimately selected strong and distinctive anchors, signed into the official broadcasting matrix team of Taobao Factory, and became long-term formal employees.
According to Tan Yuliang, the head of live streaming business at Taoyuan Factory, Taoyuan Factory's "Spark Plan" is a long-term plan aimed at cultivating commercial talents in accordance with local conditions in universities. In the future, it will gradually expand from Hangzhou to other cities in Zhejiang Province and outside Zhejiang Province. The career direction will also be based on the needs of commercial talents, extending from comprehensive anchors to vertical specialty anchors, short video marketing talents, and other diverse fields.
At present, the goal of Taoyuan Factory is more clear: "As a national factory, we need to screen and cultivate national anchors who can convey the value of Taoyuan Factory's cost-effectiveness, have affinity, and communicate well with consumers with cost-effectiveness.
This means that Taobao factories, which focus on product price power, need to move from product supply and demand to deep water areas and start exploring greater consumer stickiness. Live streaming, short video content marketing, and so on are one of their exploration paths. At present, the live streaming business of Taobao Factory is moving towards scale. There are more than ten live streaming rooms on Taobao's live streaming channel, and the official live streaming rooms have over one million daily viewing users, with a cumulative fan base of over 20 million.
Industry insiders believe that with the launch and implementation of the "Spark Plan", on the one hand, it can help Taobao Factory incubate suitable characteristic anchors, enhance the value of Taobao Factory's content beyond the value of goods, and build its own talent matrix ability, which can also better assist the factory in connecting consumers. At the same time, it is also possible to cultivate and explore outstanding talents through live streaming practice, promoting entrepreneurship and employment among vocational college students. More importantly, in vertical tracks and fields, we can truly explore and cultivate connectivity talents who understand consumers, especially young people who enjoy new communication methods.
According to the data, this is the second time Taoyuan Factory has entered university cooperation. In March of this year, Taoyuan Factory collaborated with universities and enterprises to launch the "Factory Second Class" course in Chengdu, aiming to digitize and upgrade traditional factories and cultivate urgently needed new talents.
