On May 27th, according to "China Railway", the Shuncheng Tunnel designed by China Railway Design Corporation for the Shenyang-Changbaishan High-speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as "Shenbai High-speed Railway") was recently completed, marking the completion of all tunnels in the Liaoning section of the Shenbai High-speed Railway. The Shenbai High-speed Railway has a total of 85 tunnels, of which 74 have been completed. All tunnels in the Liaoning section have been completed, and the excavation progress of the remaining 11 tunnels is over 85%. Recently, with the completion of the last cubic meter of concrete pouring, the main structure capping of the Baishan East Station on the Shenbai High-speed Railway was successfully completed, and the project has officially entered the stage of steel structure and secondary structure construction.

Baishan East Station is an intermediate station on the Shenbai High-speed Railway with a scale of 2 platforms and 6 tracks. After the project is completed and put into operation, the shortest train running time from Beijing to Changbaishan will be shortened to within 4 hours, and the shortest train running time from Shenyang to Changbaishan will be shortened to 1.5 hours, which is of great significance to the revitalization of the Northeast economy.
