Relying on its unique natural conditions, the city actively promotes the construction and commissioning of data center projects, builds a unified component for intelligent applications, and provides strong data support for various application scenarios. Ulanqab City also fosters an open, innovative, healthy, and secure industrial digital ecosystem by improving its policy framework and attracting talent. These measures have not only promoted the formation of a big data industry cluster but also injected new momentum into the city's sustainable development. At the Government Large Model Special Forum, Mr. He Chao, Deputy General Manager of Huawei Cloud's City Cloud Solution, shared the technical concept and practical experience of "One City, One Cloud, One Model." This concept emphasizes building a unified urban cloud as the foundation, constructing an urban artificial intelligence large model center, and fully leveraging local data value through a government-led data alliance mechanism to provide intelligent solutions for city governance, government services, and other domains.

As an innovator in "City + AI," Huawei Cloud has closely collaborated with multiple local governments to jointly promote the implementation and operation of urban clouds, achieving a leap in capabilities from government clouds to urban clouds.

It's worth noting that several digital transformation projects constructed with the participation of Huawei Cloud were recognized at this conference. Among them, "Taiyuan Municipal Government Cloud: A Journey of Integration and Convergence," won the Benchmark Case Award, "Ulanqab City Smart City" won the First Prize for Excellent Cases, and "Building Shijiazhuang City's Digital Government Based on Kunpeng" won the Second Prize for Excellent Cases.
