Haier Robotics Showcases at CeMATASIA 2024: Smart Logistics Solutions Empower Chinese Businesses to Go Global, with Overseas Revenue Exceeding 50%
According to recent data released by the China Listed Companies Association, in the first half of 2024, Chinese listed companies achieved overseas business revenue of 3.83 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.84%, and the growth rate increased by 9.93 percentage points. With the deepening of China's technological innovation, the structure of going global is upgrading to emerging industries such as high-end manufacturing and information technology. From November 5th to 8th, at CeMATASIA 2024, the Asian Logistics Expo, Haier Robotics showcased multiple integrated hardware and software smart logistics solutions under the theme of "One Box, One World, Full-Chain Warehousing." - Flexible Logistics Solution for Electronic Workshops: This module showcased the flexible logistics solution developed by Haier Robotics for electronic workshop scenarios, which can be flexibly adjusted based on different production needs to improve production efficiency.
- Online Digital Exhibition Hall Experience Area: This module provided viewers with an immersive smart logistics experience through virtual reality technology, showcasing Haier Robotics' technical strengths.
- Intelligent Logistics Themed Speech Area: This module invited industry experts to deliver bilingual keynote speeches, sharing the latest trends and application cases in the field of smart logistics.

HaiPickSystem3: A More Efficient and Flexible Piece-Picking Solution
The HaiPickSystem3 ultra-high-density intelligent picking mode leverages the synergy of box-type warehouse robots (ACR) and ultra-fast submerged lifting robots K50 to provide standardized piece-picking solutions for business scenarios characterized by high traffic, high storage density, and high flexibility. This solution can help customers in industries such as footwear and apparel, retail e-commerce, healthcare, and automobiles to complete warehouse in-out, inventory, and sorting operations more efficiently.
High-Efficiency Workstations: Enhance Picking Efficiency, Reduce Costs, and Increase Efficiency
Haier Robotics also showcased its new high-efficiency workstations and large-box picking solutions at its HaiPickSystem3 booth. The new high-efficiency workstations feature a more user-friendly workflow design, allowing picking workers to focus solely on picking operations without turning, bending, or squatting in the workstation area, achieving an outbound efficiency of up to 600 boxes per hour per workstation. This doubles the work efficiency at the same cost, leading to more significant cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
Large-Box Picking Solution: Meet Diverse Storage Needs
- The large-box picking solution supports the handling of large boxes with dimensions ranging from 800mm600mm to 850mm650mm. It can achieve storage of larger items such as long boots, furniture, and table lamps, adapting to both full-box and piece-picking operations, meeting diverse storage needs and efficient in-out operations across various industries and scenarios.
3D-Scada Digital Twin Platform: Visualized Management, Improved Operational Efficiency
Customers can interact with Haier Robotics' latest software innovation, the 3D-Scada digital twin platform, at the booth. This platform provides a visualized interface for real-time monitoring of warehouse and equipment data. In case of an abnormal situation during operation, the system platform will quickly locate and display the abnormal information, significantly improving the speed of customer inspections and operational management efficiency in intelligent warehouses.
