The 19 participating overseas influencers and creators boast a combined following of over ten million. From December 16th to 20th, they will travel to Chengdu, Deyang, Guangyuan, and Nanchong, visiting significant historical and cultural sites such as the Sanxingdui Museum, Zhaohua Ancient City, Cuiyun Corridor, and Jianmenguan. These locations are not only vital representations of Shu Road and Three Kingdoms culture but also embody rich historical and cultural connotations, serving as indispensable chapters in understanding Chinese history and culture.

Historically, the ancient Shu Road served as a crucial artery of transportation, a military thoroughfare, and a cultural link, playing a pivotal role in the political, economic, and cultural development of ancient China. Today, the Shu Road continues to hold immense value for historical research, cultural preservation, ecological protection, and tourism development. Its abundant natural and cultural heritage attracts a growing number of domestic and international tourists, making it a shining emblem of Chinese cultural tourism.

The "Tracing the Ancient Shu Road, Winds of the Three Kingdoms" event is not only a significant cultural exchange but also opens a new window for a global audience to understand Chinese traditional culture and history, spreading the allure of the Shu Road and Three Kingdoms culture worldwide and fostering cross-cultural exchange and understanding.

In recent years, the Sichuan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau has actively worked to enhance its international communication capabilities, focusing on representative elements of Sichuan culture such as "Three Kingdoms, Three Sus (Su Shi, Su Xun, Su Zhe), Sanxingdui, intangible cultural heritage, Shu Road, and giant pandas." Through the development of international communication and audio-visual service brands like "Hundred Sichuan Works," "Mysterious Shu Charm," and "Shot in Sichuan," it actively integrates global creative forces and channel resources, utilizing new media forms like short videos, micro-shorts, and new audio-visual content to effectively disseminate Chinese culture and elevate Sichuan's international influence.

Within the context of the current China-Japan-Korea Cultural Exchange Year, the Sichuan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau and the Sichuan Daily Newspaper Group have joined forces, employing a "government + media + enterprise" collaboration model. This innovative approach involves inviting overseas creators to Sichuan for on-site creation, building an overseas "creator partner group" for Sichuan's audio-visual industry, incubating high-quality overseas audio-visual content themed around the "Shu Road," and continuously expanding the international recognition and influence of the "Shu Road" brand.

A key feature of this event is the government providing the platform and media offering support, maximizing the creative power and influence of overseas influencers. The Sichuan International Communication Center leverages its resources to build a creator platform, utilizing content collaboration, copyright agreements, online planning, and offline activities to connect with over 740 overseas bloggers, forming a robust international communication network. During the event, the Sichuan International Communication Center will provide comprehensive coverage, collaborate with overseas influencers on joint creations, and actively interact with KOLs on overseas social media platforms to generate strong synergy and ensure optimal communication results.

Furthermore, the event involves deep collaboration with the global short-video and live-streaming platform Kuaishou, and includes the participation of Peking University international students in the creation of high-quality "Shu Road" themed content. Kuaishou will leverage its vast user base and strong dissemination capabilities to better reach a massive audience in different countries and regions. Peking University professors and students will contribute unique perspectives to video creation, exploring historical stories and spiritual relics along the Shu Road, adding fresh perspectives and vitality to the event content.

During the event, overseas influencers will create diverse online audio-visual works through Vlogs, micro-documentaries, creative short videos, and live streams, publishing them on international mainstream social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. These works will comprehensively showcase the natural beauty, historical sites, and folk culture of the Shu Road, vividly and authentically portraying the unique charm of Sichuan.

This event aims to provide a broad creative platform for domestic and international creators, combining the dissemination advantages of overseas social media platforms to continuously expand Sichuan's international reputation and influence, further enhancing its cultural image on the global stage.

The event received significant support from the Network Live Broadcast Committee of the China Television Artists Association, Peking University's Integrated Media Center, Chuan Guan News, Cover News, Deyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, Guangyuan International Communication Center, and the Nanchong Municipal People's Government Information Office, reflecting the widespread attention and support for this initiative. This event is poised to be a successful model of cultural exchange and dissemination, contributing to the global promotion of Sichuan's culture.
