Li Jie is a top student in the management department of University of Science and Technology Beijing. After graduation, he entered Bubugao's mobile phone sales department. With his excellent eloquence and flexible mind, he won the sales champion in Nanjing for four consecutive years. His performance shocked Duan Yongping, the founder of Bubugao, and he was promoted to the sales manager of the headquarters.
Later, he was sent to Indonesia to serve as the general manager of OPPO mobile phones, making OPPO the second largest local mobile phone brand, second only to Samsung. During his time in Indonesia, he discovered a huge business opportunity: the local express delivery industry was very backward, with poor service quality, long transportation times, and low prices.
He thought that if the advanced domestic express delivery concept could be brought to Southeast Asia, it would certainly open a Xintiandi. So in 2015, he resigned from his position at OPPO and founded a company called J& T's courier company.
This name may seem gentle, but it is an ambitious, challenging, and constantly innovating company. It quickly occupied the Southeast Asian market with a low-priced strategy and also expanded its business to multiple countries and regions in Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Oceania.
But Li Jie is not satisfied with this. He also wants to return to his homeland and showcase his skills in the domestic market. He knows that the domestic express delivery industry is highly competitive and technologically advanced. If it does not keep up with the pace of the times, it will be eliminated. So he decided to set up a new express company in China and named it "J&T Express" by homophonic.

The first goal of J&T Express in the domestic market is to complete 20 million orders. This goal may not seem high, but for a newly established express delivery company, it still has some difficulty.

The two people hit it off, and J&T Express successfully won a large number of orders from Pinduoduo and completed the goal of 20 million orders in a short time. This made J&T Express famous and other express companies began to pay attention to this new talent.
How can a dark horse challenge a giant in the domestic market?
J&T Express has adopted J& T's same strategy: occupy the market at a low price. Its price is about 30% lower than other courier companies, attracting a large number of consumers and businesses.
But this strategy also brings many problems. Firstly, it has been resisted and suppressed by other courier companies. Other express companies believe that J&T Express is in vicious competition and undermining the order of the industry. Some express companies even refuse to cooperate with J&T Express and provide it with transit services.

In order to reduce costs, J&T Express will compress employees' wages and benefits in the delivery process, resulting in employees' slackness, poor service attitude, long delivery time and other problems.
