Recently, Lenovo officially released its first server product powered by the AMD platform - Lenovo ThinkSystem WR5225G3. The launch of this 2U2S rack-mounted server marks another significant breakthrough for Lenovo in the server industry, providing even stronger computing power for the intelligent transformation of various industries in China. 1. 100% increase in CPU cores: WR5225G3 is the first to adopt the acclaimed AMD processor, especially the latest generation AMD EPYC 4th-generation processor. The addition of this processor has significantly enhanced Lenovo ThinkSystem WR5225G3 in terms of core count, cache capacity, energy efficiency, and market and application targeting. The single processor core count has increased by 100%, supporting up to 256 CPU cores in a single machine, with a performance leap of 2.8 times.
