On November 25, 2024, at the 2024 China International Travel Mart hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCT), Fliggy, Alibaba's online travel platform, officially partnered with the China Cultural Exchange Center of the MCT, becoming a member of the Hello! China inbound tourism partnership program. This collaboration signifies Fliggy's active participation in promoting and developing China's inbound tourism, contributing to its high-quality growth.
The Hello! China inbound tourism partnership program, initiated by the China Cultural Exchange Center of the MCT, aims to foster the vigorous development of China's inbound tourism. Adhering to the principles of voluntary participation, amicable negotiation, collaborative cooperation, and shared achievements, the program has built a three-dimensional cooperation system involving provincial (regional/municipal) culture and tourism administrative departments and high-quality enterprises and institutions from various fields. This system effectively integrates resources from the central government, local governments, and numerous enterprises, providing strong support for the development of inbound tourism.
By effectively combining central-local government cooperation with market-oriented mechanisms, the Hello! China program strives to break down information barriers and enhance the overall image and attractiveness of China's inbound tourism.
